Im a 9....... Never ready made!! Sometimes follow recipe, but usually just look at recipes and do my own variations. I love to cook and bake and i believe i am quite good at it

I am a good cook don't you see my recipes, share them all the time lots of them I make up by myself and then we tweak them as we see fit, we being my husband and my kids and family, in laws, sister and brothers and friends and things like that, others have been shared by friends and family or out of a book and then we may change them a little or leave them be recipes are a guide line and I like to follow it the first time and make changes to suit our tastes if we want the second time...
plus I went to le cordon bleu culinary school and I have my certification
