Only for those that have the blackberry bold?

I want to get the blackberry bold because it seems like a nice phone however I am not sure if I ready for a smart phone is it easy to get used to?? And also I heard that the little ball falls off but I wanted to know if it true thank you.

there great phones. but also consiter the iphone if you have att. it is a good phone. but my blackberry hasnt failed me yet! and yes it takes a few minutes to get used to but its nice. always learning new things on mine hope. and it does require a data plan which is thirty a month. this helps
