So I hate this service. Mainly because recently, I found my husband unconccious and not breathing with a very low pulse. I tried to call an ambulance, but the service was down, and I wasn't able to call for help. Luckily, my mom lives near by and was able to send an ambulance. I do not want to buy myself out of my contract because what happened nearly cost my husband his life. Is there someone I can contact via email to resolve this issue and get me out of my contract? Please help!
