    24p true cinema blue Ray?

    Can a 24 p true cinema blue ray plyer make my reg LCD 60hz look almost as if it was a 120hz tv that's my expirience but I had to give it up becouse it made the screen flicker olot too but it did make it nice and smooth can anyone give any ideas or tell me why this happend

    You can't upscale 60hz refresh rate to 120hz refresh rate. I'm not sure what you did before but I would say don't do it again before you screw up your TV. If you want 120hz you're going to have to buy a new TV. Look at it like this - You can play Playstation 2 games on a PS3 but there is no way you're going to play PS3 games on a PS2 system. If the hardware required is not present then it is not possible. If you thought you were getting 120hz then it was just a matter of perception. There are a many sites that can help better explain refresh rates. Just search for LCD TC Refresh Rates and it will help put everything into perspective for you. Good luck.
