Pfizer announced that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved RevatioŽ (sildenafil) Injection, an intravenous formulation of Revatio. Revatio is the only FDA-approved phosphodiesterase-5 (PDE5) inhibitor available in both tablet and intravenous formulations.
