Hey so i am age 18 height 5'8 1/2 at 153.5 pounds male is this a healthy weight at my age or am i slightly over or under? Fitness question i have like 4four pack ,but i can see my lower abs. How do i define them or get rid of the little bit of fat covering my lower abs. Anyone have some any ideas to so i get the whole six pack? (like exercises) Thanks
