can the motorola droid lock text messages?

How to lock a text message:
1. From the home screen, touch messaging.
2. Open the thread (contacts name) that you want to lock.
3. Press and hold the message.
4. Select Lock message (a lock will appear next to the message if its locked).
5. To unlock a message press and hold on the locked message (lock will disappear).

I understand the lock feature will allow the message to not be deleted. Will it also stop any messages from piling up on it?

Yea get handcent and use the blacklist feature
