My parents are oversea in the P.I and somebody screwed with there phone so it's gonna be hard for them to contact me & my siblings. Please help. I've tried searching for it online and found nothing.

Hi to get the subsidy unlock code visit theunlockarena.com here they ask you the network provider name to which your mobile is locked and the imei number of your mobile .finally they send you codes to unlock it.
