It can't be a video camera as the quality is not high enough. Do you know of a recording program perhaps, preferably free or with a trial period?

I have some a download link for you but the software is only a trial version software.

I don't know of any console program (it would have to be a hack) however Xfire, which many if not all clans in all games use to communicate, also has a video filming feature.
