What parrot do you think this is?

I was staying over my uncle's house and he breeds parrots. He doesn't speak english at all. And when I try to ask him what parrot this is he will just shrug his shoulders.

I'm guessing it's some type of amazon......with an orange beak and some traces of grey. And how old do you think it is?
