Why wont my torrents download anymore?

I use utorrent and it has been working well for a while, but all of a sudden my torrents will no longer download. There are peers that i should be downloading from, and my previous torrents are uploading. I ive been reading that i need to change my port, but that doesnt seem to be helping.

There are a few things that could be wrong here.

1) You are not logged into the website where you got the download from.

2) The website may be down

3) Down at your Clock Reduce your Download Speed down to 1 and your Upload Speed to Maximum ...

Let it stay for about 1 to 2 hours...

Then reverse it.. Adjust your Download and Adjust your Upload to Desired Speeds.

some internet plans have a limit on how much gb you can download. you probably got over, and now are shaped to less than dial-up

*sigh* if you think that isnt the issue, then check that your download speed is cranked to unlimited, make sure your not getting a disk overload error, make sure your port is open, make sure the trackers are online and you can connect to them....
