"Religion is for the weak". Aren't we all weak?

Someone gave the answer "religion is for the weak" recently. Well, i know all the Nietzsche stuff obviously, but aren't the people we think are strong just pretending to be, even to themselves? Also, what kind of world would we be living in if the strong dominated? This one. Not very nice, is it?

To cut through my blah then:

Don't we all need someone to lean on, even if that someone is imaginary? Is there a particular kind of religion for the weak and another for the strong, i.e. the people with all the power. What if all religion was for the weak? Would it be better?

I think religion is way of not facing reality. That's what Nietzsche thought and that's what I think, too. Reality is too harsh so me imagine nice things rather than face the harshness, conquer it, and enjoy the new view.
