you should hav made a back up of the contacts on the ipod
i think the only way out is 2 go 2 itunes and restore ipod
but that will mostly format ur iphone

Please help ! I have a jailbroken and unlocked iphone with tmobile and my screen is stuck with a white usb cord and itunes! someone please help me! I just got the phone as a birthday present and all i did was plug it in for some updates! will i lose all of my contacts ?
