same as above
i have never driven a car but i know how to start it
also: how would i get my license if i am 16. do i take the test without the hours needed?

these are the requirements:
You have held your permit for at least six months.
You have completed driver education and six hours of professional driver training (only applies to those younger than 17 ½).
You have practiced driving with a validly CA licensed adult age 25 years or older for 50 hours, 10 of which were done at night.
then you can take the test

the only way u can get ur license w/o doing any of this is to be 18 years+

Go to a driving school, sign up for lessons, take the paper they give you to the DMV, sign up for a permit, take the written test, If you pass you will get your permit, you will have to have the permit for 6 months I believe before being able to get your license, you will need 40 day hours and 10 night hours, once you achieve those [Hours and The 6 months] go to the DMV with a legal guardian, have them sign off on the amount of hours you have, take the driving test, if you pass congrats you have your license!
