Help with Verizon Fios Actiontec Router?

I got the Actiontec M1424-WR with my fios service, and have been having problems with Second Life and Combat Arms. For both, I cannot access the respective servers, even after putting the proper ports on the port forwarding list. Can someone please help me with this problem, besides calling tech support?

Are you sure its not the computer? have you tried it on another computer on the network? Sometimes a computer firewall could be blocking the use of The Game Network.
