on BitTorrent, what does the red arrow pointing down mean?

I know the green arrow is good, but wat does the red one mean... it still downloads....
 
the file may be missing from the directory it was downloaded to, the torrent is still active so in some cases it downloads again.
 
It means that the tracker of the torrent you are downloading is offline,
or you have been rejected by the server.
 
Green Arrow Up, means the download is High Priority. No Arrow, means it's Normal Priority and Red Arrow Down means Low Priority. You can increase the priority of your download to achieve the maximum download rate.
 
The red arrow shows the relevance of the question compared to the answer imgiving you now, basically when the scientist first discover jesus they obviously had no idea it was him until he said the words spoken by himself. what im trying oto say is that when jesus first made pizza an american food he was obviously no in his right mind thinkging that only immigrants from italy knew what pizza was, nowadays people think that scientists werent actualy looking at a picture of jesus, but a picture of god and call of duty 4
