why do girls always come out of public bathrooms laughing?

lol. Because they are young girls who have probably been gossiping about some cute guy they just saw or just silly conversations they probably have had and they are still laughing about it after coming out of the bathroom. It's called being young and carefree.

You don't see a middle age women coming out with a big smile usually it's annoyance on their face that they have to go and pay the bills now or do the weekly food shopping. LOL.
