How to play torrent file on iPhone?

I've jailbroken my iPhone 3G. Now when i download a movie from Torrent, how m i supposed to play it? plz help...:)
 
download something called "dtunes" in cydia.
youtube might have some answers and show you
what to do etc.
:)
