in bad quality, can I fix it? I need to know of a program or something, or a way I can upgrade the song's quality some how, or atleast a minor quality upgrade. And sometimes like, the volume goes down on it and then back to normal. So yeah any help would be appreciated. The quality is degraded or something. Or a maybe tutorial on how I can remaster it.
