...and almost 60 pushups? i ride for 5 minutes then do 20 sit ups, then i have a 3 minute break then do it all again. im doing this whilst watching a progbram, hence the reason of so many breaks.

also, is this enough to do everyday to lose weight, get fit and get abs?
 
If you feel you are doing enough then yes, it is enough. You only get out of something what you put in to it.
