how can i fix my blackberry?

For my birthday my sister bought me a blackberry curve 8330 from a provider on ebay. The phone worked fine for a couple weeks but then started malfunctioning. what would happen is when you press the buttons, you wouldn't get a response for a few seconds and then the screen would spaz and numbers would just come up and then it would lock up and you couldn't use any of the buttons except the trackball. it got better for a while, but know its just horrible. it's basically unusable. i try updating the operating system and whatnot but that didn't help. is there a way i can completely wipe the OS and re install it?

Have you still got the recipt?You can take it back to the shop you bought it at and they will hopefully replace or repair it.It is FREE.It worked with my iPhone
