I just met a really nice guy. He text me his number but then didn't reply to my

text. What should I do? help? Recently met a guy on a work trip. We got on really well. At the end of the trip we didn't exchange numbers. I think it was a case of both expecting the other to offer it. (At least that is what he said). Anyway i got his phone number from a friend and called him. He was lovely on the phone and interested in what i had been up to/ how work is going etc. So i gave him my number and said that he could do what he wants with it, throw it away if he didnt want it. A couple of hours later he text me saying that now i had his number. So stupidly i text back saying that we should go for a drink sometime to catch up. And he didn't reply to my text. Not really sure what i should do. I like him alot but don't want to come over desperate. (or is it too late for that) Should i text him or wait. The wait is killing me and its only been two days. Any advice?
