how to i recover my telus phone?

This is simple for the phone number change. What would you rather pay? 25.00$ buy calling in to Telus from *611 and them choosing a number for you or going to your online mytelusmobilty account and changing it for 10.00$ and choosing a number that you like. I know I would take the online thing! What you would do is under e-care I believe there should be a option that says change phone number. It might be a little different for you because you I think are on Pay and Talk and I have a contract.

i didn't pay long enough to lose my phone number and minutes for my telus LG phone..can anyone tell me how to get another number and get it workin again?

You can activate it online as a new account. If you want to choose a specific number there is an extra charge of otherwise you will just be issued one at random from the available numbers in your area.
