I'm going on a 6 day hike in December (Early Summer in Aus) in Falls Creek Mt Bogong area. It's very mountainous and can get pretty cold. I already know I have to bring hiking boots, sleeping bag and thermal underwear but what type of clothing should I wear? How much and what types of food should I bring? How much water should I take and how to store it? Any extra important things to take?
