I used to carry a watch all the time and look at it, and for a while that helped me figure out when I was dreaming most of the time. Nowadays, my watch broke and I can hardly carry it around, and when I do look at clocks in dreams they stay the same and dont variate a second! After one worked I'd try breathing through my nose and maybe jumping just to make sure I was dreaming- but I can hardly tell when I am dreaming from those signs after getting used to it, and I need a new way to fall asleep and have a lucid dream.

Can someone give me detailed explanations of how I can effectively and consistently induce lucid dreams?
