how can i transfer voice memo's from my sprint rant to my pc or mac?

I have recorded some voice memo's on my rant that i would like to get on to my computer. But they cant be found anywhere on the phone when its plugged in, and i cant seem to send them via bluetooth. so Please help me. either im missing something, and you can help me, or im just stuck with a very frustrating problem
