    I have the most unhealthy way ever of venting anger. Instead of controlling myself, I always snap and unleash my anger onto people who really don't deserve it. I feel so guilty after that.

    Which question of yours was deleted, Billet?

    I turn my stereo up loud and listen to heavy metal or screamo and kind of just flow with it until my anger fades away. Music heals, lol.

    i get mad and either cuss (alot) or I exercise. It actually helps to workout as hard as I can and forget everything.

    by talking to someone, just dont talk to the person that u are angry with...,lol might not be a pretty sight!!
