Hi I have a HD40-310 Maufactured by RCA. It was working find for about 4 years. The TV will not turn on. The Power light comes on for a few seconds then it just goes off.I think I may have a power cord problem.

ya, it don't sound like a dish network problem. sound like something on you equipment.
