How do I download wallpaper/ringtones from myxer.com to my Kyocera Marbl?

myxer.com's help page tells me: "1. Open the message, 2. Write down the link, 3. Open the browser on your phone, 4. Enter the link, 5. Select “Go To URL” or “Connect” (This will connect you to the Myxer server)*, 6. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and Select “Download Ringtone”". But I don't know how to open my browser. Can someone help me and tell me how to do this or an alternate method of doing so? Thanks.
I would try going to wap.myxer.com on my phone.... if I knew how to open the BROWSER! Can someone please tell me how I can access my browser?!?!
