Are vitamins from CVS and Walgreens the same as vitamins from GNC?

Need to buy some today, but I'm already going to CVS...don't want to take another trip to GNC, but will do if it's really worth it.

Look at the data and compare it. The stuff from GNC has a little bit more and a few items the others don't, but it's your call if those extras validate the additional $15 cost...

GNC isn't known to have particularly high quality products, they simply specialize only in supplements.

Do some research online for vitamins and reviews on multivitamins (or whatever specific one(s) you are seeking) and see what info you find re: brands that are better than others. Some brands will have more filler and less % of certain things so there is a difference, but not necessarily in the store you buy it from. The variance is from brand to brand.

they grind the materials up and compress them, or stick them in a caplet.

i think it is all just as good personally as the other.. you just pay more for it.

i piss mega green after taking them from whichever source.

yea there basically the same at gnc you will pay more cause your paying for packaging, and although the concentration in the muiltvitamin may be more it's a waste of money cause you don't need 100% of certain vitamin because your body won't absorb it was you will just pee it out.did u know it cost gnc 44 cents to make the large muiltvitamin and they chrage people 30 dollar to buy it.
