After nearly ten years of smoking (i'm 28 now) I finally quit about a week and two days ago. The first few days were pretty bad but now I don't even hardly think about it as much. Just mostly after i'm really hungry and eat something, because like alot of people who smoke/smoked, that's one of the times people want a cigarette. Other than that, and it's rare, i've done great and have surprised myself. I had tried cutting down/quitting for a while but finally just threw em down and i've never been more proud of myself.
