    Best martial arts for me?

I was wondering which martial arts suit me the best. I want something that is suitable for short and small person (like me). And with fast movement (hand or punching or grappling or etc) because i'm small (i think agility is my best attribute as small person). and preferable a style with few kicking technique (foot) but not necessary.
One more important requirement is a martial art that can be use for fighting (self-defense) in public when danger come (badguy).

Thank you for reading and replying my question in advance.

    Added:
the fast movement i refer is to hand and body movement. whether or not the hand use for punching or grappling or slamming or etc, i don't mind as long as the technique can be applied in real situation.

Any martial art can be used effectively in self defense. You may be well suited for Karate. Maybe Kyokushin Karate. Another possibility would be Wing Chun.

Wing Chun was developed for the smaller faster person, but it's use for self-defense is modern times is sometimes questioned. Japanese Ju-Jitsu has a little bit of everything you're looking for, striking, grappling, take-downs, self-defense. See what's available in your area, almost any martial art can help you.
