i just bought a 01 impala but the stereo says "LOCKED" in the display screen. Can anybody help me to unlock it so it can work. Step by Step. They told me i have to go to the dealer and i went they charge me $250 to unlock, it seems ridicously to pay for a dam radio. Please any one can help me. Thanks its appreciated.
