    Well what are you trying to redeem, a live account or microsoft points. If microsoft points just download something it should say press X to add microsoft points. If its a live account just go to account management

    On the old Xbox Dashboard:

    On the far-left tab is the xbox-live marketplace. Push the RS left until it stops. You can add points from there.


    On the new Xbox Experience:

    Two of the vertical categories are "game marketplace" and "video marketplace". Move the RS up and down to select. Once you select something you want to buy hit "x" which should "add points".

    Where could you find the xbox live marketplace on the xbox 360 dashboard?

    Im trying to redeem a code, but im having trouble find the xbox live marketplace.
