How do I win the heart of this absolutely amazing girl I've met?

She's intelligent, gorgeous, independent, witty as hell, fun to talk to, and everybody seems to love her. I'm pretty certain she has a thing for me, though for the life of me I couldn't tell you why. I'm just an average guy with a propensity for screwing up a good thing. Any suggestions?
