I have just warmed up some Tyson "Fully cooked" fajita chicken strips and I found something odd about the meat.

The larger strips that were about 3 inches or longer seemed to be the normal white opaque color and consistency...

BUT many of the smaller strips seemed a little browner and clear and smushy.

I was wondering if this is a sign of undercooked meat. Please help! I have health problems. Should I induce vomiting? Will that help? Or is that type of meat just normal?

I would believe that is a sigh of uncooked meat so cook it longer. Bigger strips need to be cooked longer anyway, any larger meat.

If they were fully cooked, and you didnt heat them evenly, thats what caused it to happen.
I think you will be fine, no need to panic.

Invest in a food thermometer so you can monitor food better
