My Dog won't stop peeing on the carpet at night! HELP!?

I have a 3 year old c o c k e r spaniel. I take her out about 7 times throughout the day, and she goes every time. She gets plenty of love, exercise and attention. I have tried taking her water away at night, spraying vinegar and water on the surface of the carpet, I have a carpet cleaner and clean my carpets regularly. I take her outside to go every night before I go to bed. She usually goes at like 2am-4am in the morning. I do not know how to fix this. Almost every morning I wake up to a pee stain that has to be cleaned up. She doesn't do this at other peoples houses, only mine. I live in an apartment and don't want her to completely destroy it by peeing all over it. What causes this, and what can I do to stop it permanently?? I will try just about anything. Please help!!!!!!

You should crate her at night. Make the crate really comfy with lots of blankets and toys. She will not want to soil her sleeping area.
