What I have is N(triple bond)N(triple bond)N. The first N has 1 lone valence electron, and the 3rd N has 1 lone pair +1
1st N has a charge of +
2nd has a negative charge
3rd negative charge
what am i doing wrong?

Nitrogen does not have a d-orbital to promote electrons to, so it cannot have a valence which is greater than 4.
