Can't tell difference between reality and dream?

I've had this problem, er...I used to have it when I was young, but it went away. Now it's been getting terrible, where I can spend til noon trying to figure out if I'm in a dream or not.
I don't really have dreams at night, but I have TONS if I sleep in. [so, weekends are a popular time for it] So, on the weekends, the whole morning will be me drifting out of sleep, having nightmares of things that are like..ahh it's kinda hard to explain but I hope this makes sense.
My dreams will fake it to make it seem like I am awake, like I woke up and am doing things as regular. I guess it could be seen as lucid, because I can choose what I'm doing in these, but then about a half hour later I'll figure out none of it happened. I'll have dreams in which I'll get up, have breakfast, call people, and then wake up to no dishes used and no calls made on my phone.
Is there anyway to make this stop? It's become quite the annoyance.
