Is the inspector Gadget theme song the best cartoon theme song ever?

I especially like the bassline at the beginng. No wonder Doug E. Fresh had to sample it for 'The Show'. It may not be the best, but certainly one of them. The theme songs for the old Disney cartoons (Ducktales, Darkwing Duck, Chip n' Dale, etc) were pretty good also. Back then, cartoons used actual music for its theme songs, something you don't see again.
