Yes! The best ones are when you actually get tears in your eyes. It always happens when I watch Family Guy or when one of my sisters does something that is utterly hilarious. The Simpsons really gets one out of me too, and also when someone makes a funny comment on your Facebook status that makes sense of what your talking about, Lol.

Yes, after i've laughed good I feel like a weight has been lifted from my shoulders. it's a wonderful feeling
