Don't buy Packard bell there complete rubbish use cheap rubbish.

Here is just a suggestion to compare what you can get for your money else where.

http://www.laptopsdirect.co.uk/asp/versions.asp?rewrite=Acer_EXTENSA_5630Z-342G16N_Laptop_LX.EB70X.262&pagetype=version&page=

It's got a faster processor and a stronger one so performence will be massive to the packardbell, 2GB of memory which i would say is the amount you need these days.

Ive had Packard Bell and Dell and never again.

My experiences have led me to vow never to get a brand name PC again and that includes Toshiba and Sony that I've worked on.

My last 3 PCs have all been made to a spec by the nice people at BigPockets. Their site is online. I tend to just buy the actual station and get a monitor upgrade at a later time. The keyboard and mouse cost as little as a tenner.

If you are determined to get a brand name have a look at Acer. They make my laptop and daughters netbook and have yet to not please.
