    smartphone or ordinary phone?

    I am confused if I should buy a new phone or retain my old phone.

    I have the Nokia 5300 Express-music phone. I am looking for a phone with a good calendar/memo/notes.

    * I do NOT need email,
    * I do NOT a camera(I have a 2000$ SLR) ,
    * I do NOT need music (I have the zune)
    * GPS (I have a dedicated GPS),
    * don't need a data plan or 3G for now.

    Do I need to buy a smartphone? Where can I get a good calendar/memo/notes ? I want to sync with my online calendar.
    I need GSM, unlocked so that it can be used overseas.
    My Nokia 5300 is already unlocked.
