I'm using ABC. I'm getting average download speeds of around 5 kb/s which isn't really good enough. Sometimes it spikes to about 30kb/s which is better but after a while it goes back down again. The torrents are coloured in yellow instead of green. can someone give me a handful of step by step tips for improving this? my computer is part of a home network behind a router so i guess that has something to do with it.
