I bought this the other week. I have a 4 yr old boy a 2 yr old boy and a 8 month old girl. I am 159 lbs .... I was 215 less then 7 month ago... So Im doing great losing the weight.. Not not the stubborn belly flab.
I got the ab lounge because for me doing normal sit ups/crunchies really hurt my neck and back more then my stomach.. I just want to lose some flab ok ALOT of flab on my tummy and love handles.
Is the AB LOUNGE really affective? Please dont tell me I just wasted $50 ( second hand lol) How many times should I be doing it a day?
If so or if not... Any one have any tips or hints to help get rid of stubborn belly fat?
