Should I install antivirus program into my new Nokia N95 smartphone?

The reason I am concerned is because the phone started to behave oddly: The battery life shows full bars for most of the day and suddenly shows 1 bar at the end of the day. What might be the problem?

thats no problem with the antivirus its just the battery if ur on the internet. However i strongly suggest a antivirus because if ur on the interentet hackers can get into ur fone and get ur pics vids contacts EVERYTHING so i suggest that and just to charge it every night or if ur in the car charge in the car good luck dont let hackers hack ur fone and steal everything
