Best way to promote a new celebrity gossip website?

Hey all,

My good friend Maha just started a celebrity gossip website, I think she is an extremely funny and witty writer! She is recovering from breast cancer and blogs for a fun while she has a lot of free time (she loves this stuff), oh the site is http://www.celebrityfling.com

I am trying to help her out by thinking of ways to get people to visit her site, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts/ideas/or experiences regarding the best ways to get people to visit her site?
