    Does anyone know what 'DivX' is?

    I have DivX on my laptop. I typed it into Process Library and it said that I should remove it straight away as it is a virus. Is this true? Should I remove it from my laptop?

    have u ever seen some dvd's those have multiple films instead of a single film. they are known to be in divx format. itz just a video format.

    Divx is actually a video format. It is not a virus.
