Truck is making noise when i turn my steering wheel to the left and right.?

I have a 1999 Ford Ranger truck and recently ive heard squealing and i guess rubbing when i turn the steering wheel to both the left and the right. I'm not sure what it is...can i have some help on this issue?
I'd really appreciate it.
i checked the steering fluid.
It's full, nothings leaking.
When I am in park and turn the steering wheel to the left and right, i hear it more loudly (the noise).

The rubbing or squealing noise sounds like it is coming from outside the truck.
the noise sounds like it is coming from under the truck, like the axel id say..just down below

check your power steering fluid it could be low or leaking. Does feel heavy when trying to turn..

did you check the steering fluid?
