I receive spam messages on Msn from T-Mobile users. How can I report/avoid those ?

Here is a copy of some messages I received. It is coming from contacts that are not registered/allowed on my Msn account.

Note that I receive these messages as "instant messaging", not email.

when your created your email account did it ask you would you like to receive blah blah blah sum thing to do with advertisement or news and if so you should check your preferences for your account that you said no and if not change it to no i do not want to receive blah blah blah. it should help.
